Job description

Basic Function: To assist guests and resort staff, efficiently, courteously and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality

Work Performed:

  1. Greet guests as they arrive at the greeter/bell stand
  2. Transport resort guests to and from the airport and other locations whenever necessary
  3. Escort guests to their rooms and deliver their baggage, providing information about Enchantment Resort & Mii amo Spa and other area attractions
  4. Ensure guests are aware of necessary safety precautions such as locations of flashlights, fire extinguishers, etc. and assist guests if necessary in emergency
  5. Assist departing guests with luggage
  6. Provide rides to guests around the property as requested
  7. Open the lobby door and be available for any guest requests and questions
  8. Make all special deliveries to the rooms (flowers, wine, fruit baskets, mail, etc.)
  9. Keep ashtrays clean, pillows fluffed, floor and walkways clear of debris in guest lobby areas
  10. Help ensure the lobby, pool and grounds areas are neat at all times and inform appropriate department correction is necessary
  11. Keep lobby fireplaces lit, when appropriate
  12. Pick up and deliver guests laundry and ensure that the charges are posted to the guests account
  13. Secure laundry bags with proper tickets and ensure daily pickup/delivery
  14. Run any errands as requested by management
  15. Ensure Audi fleet and golf carts are kept clean, in good repair and inspected daily
  16. Assist with snow removal whenever necessary
  17. Assist at the front gate when necessary to assist Safety & Security department
  18. Assist Mii amo spa attendants with guest rides when necessary as backup support
  19. Patrol the property to be sure that all rooms are secure and report any suspicious activities to the MOD
  20. Assist other departments as necessary
  21. Other duties as assigned

Supervision Received: Bell Captain and Guest Service Manager

Minimum Requirements:

High school graduate and at least 21 years old. Must have strong communication and outstanding guest relations skills. Must be very friendly and smile. Attention to detail and able to multi-task many priorities. Self motivated, ability to work with little supervision and organized. Must be dependable. Must have a clean driving record and current CPR certification or obtain certification within 30 days of hire. Safety sensitive position.
